The Shire Hotel Rome

Location was great, in a nice and elegant neighborhood, close to the metro and popular attractions like the Borghese park and Spanish Steps. The room was bright, quiet, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the street through a leafy tree. The staff was helpful and accommodating, arranged for us to borrow items like an electric kettle and wine opener. The room was also cleaned daily, keeping it tidy and fresh.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The bathroom ventilation could have been better, as we experienced some humidity and sewage smell.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, so close to all the main attractions of Rome. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and good shower pressure. The staff is kind and helpful, providing recommendations for great local restaurants. The hotel also offers good Wi-Fi and daily cleaning service.

The breakfast could be richer, with more variety and attention to detail.
